We hereby inform you about the prices of the conference ISST 2025.
The registration opens again on 12 February 2025.

Registration for the 27th ISST Congress 2025 is now open.

The link below enables registration for either in-person and on-line (virtual) participation.

If you have previously created an account for an abstract submission, you will still need to create a new account for registration.

Please note For administrative reasons, we are unable to send you the final invoice yet, as we are still awaiting the Dutch VAT number which is required to be included on the invoice. We expect to receive this number within three weeks, after which we will be able to send you a correct invoice that complies with Dutch law.

The prices quoted include 21% VAT and are subject to the tax law of the Netherlands in the European Union.

The in-person participation fee includes full access to the event, the coffee breaks, lunches, welcome reception and the digital conference documents.

The on-line (virtual) participation includes access to all life stream presentations, the digital conference documents and of all other digitally recorded workshops and presentations for up to 3 months after the congress.

How to apply for a VAT Refund

If you live in one of the 27 EU-countries:

You can reclaim Dutch VAT if you are known as a registered company. You submit your request for a refund of Dutch VAT to the tax authorities of the EU country in which you are established.

If you live in outside the EU:

You can reclaim Dutch VAT by completing the Application for VAT Refund Form for registered companies based in non-EU countries, available at the following link: https://www.belastingdienst.nl/wps/wcm/connect/bldcontenten/themaoverstijgend/applications_and_forms/application-for-vat-refund-for-non-eu-entrepreneurs

Please note:

The NVST and Intercom cannot assist you with completing or requesting VAT refunds, because each country has its own form of registration.

When requesting a refund, you can state that it concerns paid services performed in the Netherlands. (Do not state delivered goods).

Important Notification

Please follow the instruction below for filling out and submitting the Registration form of Attendance **

1.Topic

Every congress participant will receive a Congress Certificate of participation stating the maximum number of educational credits based on their attendance, up to 24 hours.

2. Topic

If a congress participant was unable to attend all 24 hours during the congress week, these hours can still be credited after viewing the recorded presentations, which have to be also checked on the attendance form. Please note that the recordings are available until November 16th.

3.Topic

When applying for the ISST Certification sandplay therapy students must submit their congress attendance forms along with their certification application (Appendix D) for verification of their completed theory hours.

4. Topic

Please note that due to a high number of participants we may experience delays in issuing and sending you the certificate.

The first is specific to your attendance at individual sessions, which may be useful for continuing education credits. The second confirms your overall attendance at the congress.
